Elgin Management Limited
Elgin Management is the trading name of Elgin Estates Limited, a family-owned business, which has operated in Liverpool since 1995. The owners are university graduates who want to offer properties that they are proud to call their own (certainly vastly better than the accommodation they lived in themselves when students!) and in which they would be happy to live in 2012. Unlike other management companies, we operate only in Liverpool so we really know what Liverpool students are looking for.
